How we work
Drawn, fabricated and installed by one team.
Most décor is subcontracted. Ours is not. We draw the elevation, build the frames in our own workshop and install with the same crew — which is why the set that arrives matches the drawing you approved.
Filming is planned into the design. Sightlines, lighting temperature and camera positions are agreed before fabrication starts, so the coverage does not fight the décor.
Concept and elevation
We draw the set to scale against your venue's real dimensions, with a costed material list.
Approval and fabrication
You sign off the drawing. Frames, arches and platforms are built in our workshop, not on site.
Install and film
The build crew installs and the camera crew rigs together, so nothing is discovered on the night.
Strike and delivery
Venue cleared the same night. Teaser cut the next morning, full film within four weeks.

Ceremony and reception cut to length with licensed audio and the speeches left intact. Delivered within four weeks.

Venue and arrival coverage, flown by a licensed operator where airspace permits.
Live feed & LED graphics
Multi-camera feed to in-hall LED walls with on-stage motion graphics prepared to your theme.

Tell us when and where. We confirm availability the same day and hold the date for seven days while you decide.
